Decibel-security,, processes personal data in the course of its business activities.
This document is to provide our customers with information about what we do with this data and to advise them of their rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the European legislation replacing the Data Protection Act 1998 on May 25th 2018

In order to fulfil our contract with you we will, where necessary share essential information about you and your security system with our alarm monitoring centre and (if you have chosen a monitored contract), the police force covering your area. We sometimes also need to work with third parties who provide consulting, support and technical services to deliver and implement solutions. We may share your information with these third parties as necessary to fulfil the services you have requested
We use a third party provider to manage our website and social media interactions. If you send us an enquiry via our website, or a private or direct message via social media the data will be processed by our third party provider on our behalf.
